Requirements:
Must furnish philosophy of pastoral ministry
Provide administrative leadership for the total church program
Conduct counseling sessions as needed—ex. family, bereavement, pre-marital, marital, etc.
Prepare for and conduct worship services; lead in obedience of biblical truth; and lead us in proclaiming the gospel to the church and the community
Plan and promote periods of evangelism for the unsaved as well as renewal for Christians
Serve as the leader in seeking to win the unsaved; lead the membership in soul-winning training
Supervise members of the church staff according to the church organization chart
Leader who is part of our team in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the total church program
